FAmSCo nominations re-opened
December 18th, 2007 — red_alertGood news for ambassadors who missed the nominations deadline: the nominations are re-opened again.
Why you ask? The voting system allows only one election at a time. FAmSCo missed its slot because there were not 9 nominations as needed in time. Therefore the nominations period was extended by one week according to the rules. Because of the missed slot, other elections taking place and the upcoming holidays, the voting period is now scheduled between 2008-01-01 and 2008-01-08. Many ambassadors therefore voted that the nominations should be re-opened again and so did I. IMHO: the more nominees the better.
So if you were late to nominate yourself or if you were not sure if you should self-nominate – do it now. Pretty please! The nominations are open until 2007-12-28.
